Middle East peace talks leaks: Obama ‘backed out of land promise to Palestinians’
Confidential Palestinian documents leaked to Al Jazeera, the Qatar-based television network, suggest that Mr Obama retreated from a promise that territory occupied by Israel after the Six Day War of 1967 should become the basis for a future Palestinian state.
The documents, part of a second tranche of the “Palestine Papers” released by Al Jazeera on Monday evening, indicate that Mr Obama’s change of heart was the result of Israeli pressure.

WHO’S ‘SPEWING VENOM’ – HELEN THOMAS OR WORLDNETDAILY?

Twice over the past year, WorldNetDaily owner Joseph Farah has angrily editorialized against the Jewish Anti-Defamation League. He warned ADL not to attempt to destroy WND by insinuating that his online newspaper is anti-Semitic. Yet Farah is now going to greater lengths to avoid the charge of anti-Semitism: placating ADL by recommending its opinions to WND readers.
When Helen Thomas again criticized Israel and Jewish supremacism last week, Farah’s popular conservative news organization attacked her. WND’s top headline screamed: “She’s Back, Spewing Fresh Venom at Those ‘Controlling US.’” WND editor Drew Zahn legitimized ADL as a definer of anti-Semitism by concluding his article with a statement by Abe Foxman:
The Anti-Defamation League further called on journalistic institutions that have honored Thomas in the past to revoke awards given to the former White House Correspondent. Helen Thomas has clearly, unequivocally, revealed herself as a vulgar anti-Semite. This is a final chapter of the otherwise illustrious career. Unlike her previous spontaneous remark into a camera, these words were carefully thought out and conscious. It shows a prejudice that is deep-seated and obsessive.
WND’s endorsement of ADL as the recognized authority on anti-Semitic hate sends a powerful endorsement to millions of evangelical readers. It says ADL is a responsible, credible “civil liberties” group whose opinions concerning hate and anti-Semitism are to be trusted. In its online opinion poll the next day, WorldNetDaily repeatedly held up Thomas to mockery and contempt.
Whose Side Is Farah On?
By featuring ADL, Farah is endorsing the opinions of a vehemently pro-homosexual, anti-Christian Jewish supremacist attack group that has repeatedly boasted of having originated the very hate crimes laws Farah claims to oppose. Farah sides with ADL against a veteran Washington insider whose quiet observations over 60 years show her courage to lose all reputation in order to express them. This is a woman who should be respected at the end of her career for prioritizing what she sees as the whole truth instead of grasping her multitude of honors. Although silent for a lifetime, she now rejects the cover-up of massive Jewish control of Western nations promoted by ADL/WND.
Is Helen Thomas really “spewing venom?” WorldNetDaily’s article omits most of the powerful, unanswerable charges made in Thomas’ recent speech in Michigan. Here is every vital point. Is this “venom” or truth?
- Thomas says a nation of abrasive, unjust Jews should vacate Palestine. This precisely mirrors God’s point of view, expressed succinctly over two dozen times in the Mosaic Law. God says a nation of disobedient Jews can never occupy His Holy Land. (See Thomas’ Remarks are Biblically Sound)
- Thomas: “Zionists control US foreign policy…We are owned by propagandists against the Arabs. There is no question about that.” Especially following the US government’s complicity to cover up Israel’s deliberate attack on the USS Liberty, it’s clear that Israel eventually gets its way with the White House. Israel and Jewish media persuaded Washington that Saddam Hussein’s (non-existent) weapons of mass destruction posed an imminent threat to the world. Pres. George W. Bush could have explained that it is not cowardice to refuse to go to war in the Mideast but wise respect for the advice of great American leaders such as George Washington and Gen. Douglas MacArthur. Instead he allowed the Israel lobby to catapult America into disastrous wars to make the Mideast safe for Israel.
- Congress, Thomas asserts, is dominated by Zionists. There are four times more Jews in Congress than the 2 percent of Jews in the general population. A whopping 13 Jews inhabit the Senate (13%) with 29 Jewish House members. Even non-Jewish members of the House and Senate know where their interests lie. “ The Washington Post once estimated that Democratic presidential candidates ‘depend on Jewish supporters to supply as much as 60 percent of the money’.”
- Thomas claims Jews dominate the White House. Unelected Jews in the Obama administration may be even more powerful than members of Congress. They enjoy tremendous clout, just as did a horde of previous Jewish appointees, especially under Bush and Clinton. The Jewish Virtual Library online lists these powerful Jews appointed by Obama:

Before his death, Sen. Robert Byrd sounded the alarm against the Obama administration for also appointing dangerously powerful “czars” who can influence policy and are accountable to no one:
“As presidential assistants and advisers, these White House staffers are not answerable for their actions to the Congress, to cabinet officials, or to virtually anyone but the President. They rarely testify before congressional committees, and often shield the information and decision-making process behind the assertion of executive privilege. In too many instances, White House staff have been allowed to inhibit openness and transparency, and reduce accountability.”
These power players are almost all Jewish and include Larry Summers, Cass Sunstein, Kenneth Feinberg, Steven Rattner (who previously ran three Jewish banks), Alan Bersin, Todd Stern and Carol Browner.
In Mearsheimer and Walt’s Israel Lobby, former AIPAC head Morris Amitay states that lower level Congressional staffers are also a source of Jewish power in Washington DC. He says, “there are a lot of guys at the working level up here [Capitol Hill] who happen to be Jewish, who are willing … to look at certain issues in terms of their Jewishness … These are all guys who are in a position to make the decision in these areas for those senators … You can get an awful lot done just at the staff level.”
AIPAC itself is one of the most powerful lobbies in Washington and is known as an unstoppable force in defeating candidates critical of Israel and rewarding its supporters. Former Democrat Senator Ernest Hollings said, “you can’t have an Israeli policy other than what AIPAC gives you around here.”
- Thomas: “I can call a President of the United States anything in the book, but I can’t touch Israel. I cannot say anything [critical] about Israel in this country.” This is self-evident from the fact that after Thomas first criticized Israel last spring her career was ruined. A few more words against Israel last week, and ADL/WND encourage removal of her from the pages of history.
- Thomas: Israel “has Jewish-only roads in the West Bank. No American would tolerate that – white-only roads.” Would Abe Foxman tolerate white-only roads in Arizona? End of discussion.
- Thomas: “The Zionists have to understand that’s their country, too. Palestinians were there long before any European Zionists.” From the final expulsion of all Jews from Palestine after the abortive Bar Kokhba revolt in 134 A.D., Jews constituted only a tiny minority in Israel. Arabs, however, have been the vast majority for 1,800 years – until nearly half (800,000) were violently driven out by Zionist terrorists in 1948.
- Thomas says Wall Street is “owned” by Jews. Goldman and Sachs dominates the financial industry and shares huge responsibility for the meltdown, having been charged with fraud. Goldman and Sachs were its Jewish founders and almost all of its partners since have been Jewish; today it is run by Lloyd Blankfein, Jewish. Another firm charged with responsibility is Magnetar, which is run by Jews including its founder Alec Litowitz. The current chairman of the Federal Reserve is Jewish Ben Bernanke, who took the helm from Jewish Alan Greenspan. Both Bernanke and Greenspan argued for unregulated financial derivatives, which greatly contributed to the US financial collapse. The Federal Reserve itself is quintessentially Jewish, being owned not by the federal government and American people but by a consortium of Jewish international bankers including the Rothschilds. Other super-powerful Wall Street Jews include Gary Cohn (COO Goldman Sachs), Barry Zubrow (Morgan Chase), Tom Nides (Morgan Stanley), Bob Greifeld (Nasdaq), Arthur Levitt and Harvey Goldschmid (SEC), Richard Neiman (State Banking Superintendent). These are just a few of the influential Jewish insiders shaping American finances.
In a Forward article, Jill Jacobs laments that unethical Jews receive honor from other Jews as long as they donate some of their ill-gotten wealth back to the Jewish community. This is what the infamous Bernie Madoff did, bilking average Americans (as well as fellow Jews) out of billions.
The Jewish Phenomenon tells us that Jews, who are 2 percent of total Americans, are 45 percent of the top 40 of the Forbes 400 richest Americans. They are one third of all American multi-millionaires. Clearly, Jews, ethical or not, bear an outsized responsibility for shaping the financial world in America today.
- “Hollywood,” Thomas says, is controlled by Jews. To quickly confirm Jewish domination of the media, just visit the film department of your local major metropolitan library. You will find a number of books written by Jews (including Neal Gabler’s classic “An Empire of Their Own: How the Jews Invented Hollywood”) which document Jewish creation and control of the Hollywood film industry and the Big Three TV networks. Go to the prestigious Encyclopedia Judaica articles on “Motion Pictures” and “Television and Radio.” This Jewish reference source gives definitive testimony of how Jews created Hollywood and big media. In its article on “Publishing,” the encyclopedia also documents vast Jewish ownership of the largest newspapers and publishing houses in America. - Thomas: “It was former Israeli leader ‘Menachem Begin’ who created terrorism… they bragged, in his first book, about creating the modus operandi for terrorism.” In Begin’s book “The Revolt” he boasts how his Irgun terrorists in 1948, as a result of their Deir Yassin massacre of over 100 innocent Arab villagers, precipitated the panic that helped cause 800,000 Arabs to flee Palestine. Begin told prominent journalist Lord Howe that he was not just the father of terrorism in the Mideast, but “in the entire world.”
Clearly, there is nothing “venomous,” hateful, or even anti-Semitic about the opinions of Helen Thomas. They are not even opinions. They are facts, easily documented but forbidden in public today.
The real venom comes from ADL/WND who are united to suppress not only biblical truth about God’s conditional terms of occupation in Palestine by Jews but also the well-documented reality of increasing Jewish control of Western societies. By vilifying Thomas’ true statements as “poison,” WND and ADL turn honest speech into contemptible “hate” – so vile the speaker should be stripped of all honors. This is the policy toward offenders in communist countries, making dissidents into “non-persons.”
Farah owes an apology to Helen Thomas, his readers, and God. If anyone is “spewing venom,” it is not Helen Thomas. It is Farah, his attack dog Drew Zahn, and their ally in bearing false witness, the ADL.

Israeli moderates outraged as rabbis target non-Jews

Over 40 prominent Israeli rabbis – some of them public servants – yesterday targeted the country’s million-plus Arab minority with a religious edict warning their congregations not to rent property to non-Jews.
The letter, which provoked immediate protests from civil rights activists, left-wingers and Arab politicians, is the latest in a series of moves by elements of both the secular and religious Israeli right which have helped to inflame mounting inter-ethnic tensions over the last two years.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last night condemned the letter, which cites ancient Jewish sages who held that living with gentiles can lead to “sacrilege”. Many of the signatories were publicly-funded municipal chief rabbis.
Although the letter’s main purpose appears to be to exclude Arab Israeli citizens – of whom there are over one million – from Jewish-owned property, it could also be aimed at preventing the letting of accommodation to around 30,000 Africans – asylum-seekers as well as economic migrants – the government estimates have entered the country since 2006.
The move escalates a row which had already blown up over a similar edict issued by the chief rabbi in the ultra-orthodox-dominated northern Israeli town of Safed. The ruling led to posters and leaflets denouncing holocaust survivor Eli Tzavieli for letting a room to three Bedouin students. Defending the letter, to be published in synagogues and religious journals, one signatory, Yosef Shainin, chief rabbi of the southern port city of Ashdod, told ArmyRadio: “The Land of Israel is intended for the people of Israel.” Another signatory, Chief Rabbi Mordechai Nagari from the Maale Adumim settlement, told Reuters: “If you allow Arabs into Jewish neighbourhoods, you are asking for feuds to ensue.”
Mr Netanyahu said last night the state of Israel “totally rejects” the call made in the letter, which reportedly refers to property values as well as to sacred texts purporting to justify the edict.
Saying that it was opposed to the “fundamental and Jewish values which we hold dear”, the Prime Minister added: “How would we feel as Jews if people were to make a similar call abroad in relation to Jews?” Among those denouncing the rabbis’ move was Yona Yahav, the mayor of Haifa, the northern port city long known for relatively harmonious relations between Jewish residents and a substantial Arab population. “This is sacrilege,” said Mr Yahav. “It spreads hatred and divisions among the people with whom we have decided to share our lives.”
Before Mr Netanyahu’s remarks last night, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (Acri) called on him to “condemn the incitement expressed by the rabbis and take disciplinary action against those employed by the state”. Acri, along with Labour minorities minister Avishai Braverman, have already called for the removal or suspension of the Safed chief rabbi, Shmuel Eliyahu.
Rabbi David Rosen, the inter-faith adviser to Israel’s chief rabbinate, described the rabbis’ action as “disturbing”, but said he did not think that the majority of the country’s rabbis would agree.
Arab parliamentarian Ahmed Tibi, deputy chairman of the Knesset, said the signatories needed an “intensive course in Jewish history” and should all be tried for “incitement to racism”.

Helen Thomas is an American Hero
HELEN THOMAS SKEWERS ZIONISTS AGAIN

Helen Thomas, veteran Washington journalist and political insider, has done it again—spoken the whole truth about Jewish supremacism’s control of America. In a speech to an Arab-American group in Detroit she said,
I can call a president of the United States anything in the book but I can’t touch Israel, which has Jewish-only roads in the West Bank. No American would tolerate that — white-only roads… We are owned by the propagandists against the Arabs. There’s no question about that. Congress, the White House and Hollywood, Wall Street are owned by the Zionists. No question in my opinion. They put their money where their mouth is…We’re being pushed into a wrong direction in every way.
Thomas defiantly stands by the statement that ended her journalistic career in May when she said the Israelis should “get the h— out of Palestine” and “go home” to “Poland, Germany, and America, and everywhere else.” Now she says, “I paid the price for that. But it was worth it, to speak the truth.”
Of Lebanese Arab (Semitic) descent, Thomas answered the accusation that she is anti-Semitic.
I’d say I’m a Semite. What are you talking about…We all know the Arabs are maligned. They are automatically terrorists. I was called the Hizballah at the White House, Hamas, and everything else. But I never bowed to those kinds of slurs because I know who I am. I am an American.
Denying that Arabs in general are terrorists, Thomas said it was former Israeli leader “Menachim Begin who created terrorism. They bragged in his first book, about creating the modus operandi for terrorists.”
She adds that Zionists have to understand Palestine belongs to Arabs, too. “Palestinians were there long before any European Zionists.”
Thomas commented on the folly of appointing a Zionist Jew in charge of Mideast affairs. “Obama, he puts in charge for the Arab world a Zionist like Dennis Ross. You don’t put a Zionist in charge of the Muslim world in the White House.”
She also commented on the folly of US involvement in Mideast wars (fought to make the Mideast safe for Israel). Thomas said the war in Iraq was “built on lies.”
Seven years of war now with Iraq. They did nothing to us. They are totally innocent, and they were just demonized. I’m not saying Saddam Hussein wasn’t a terrible man. But how many thousands of Iraqis did you kill, for what reason?…They’ve never explained the war. No weapons of mass destruction. No ties to Al-Qaeda. What is this? Why are we killing those people? And why are we there?
We teach our children to be good citizens, never kill, never lie, never do bad things, and yet in 3-4 weeks, we train them to go and kill people half way around the world, and still have yet to give them a good reason to kill and die.
ADL, World Net Daily Vilify Thomas
Predictably, the Anti-Defamation League issued an immediate protest, labeling Thomas anti-Semitic and calling for rescinding of all her many honors and awards from journalistic and educational institutions nationwide.
Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director, said:
Helen Thomas has clearly, unequivocally revealed herself as a vulgar anti-Semite. Her suggestion that Zionists control government, finance and Hollywood is nothing less than classic, garden-variety anti-Semitism. This is a sad final chapter to an otherwise illustrious career. Unlike her previous, spontaneous remarks into a camera, these words were carefully thought out and conscious. It shows a prejudice that is deep-seated and obsessive.
While we will never know what the hidden trigger was that led Thomas to reveal her prejudice, it is troubling that for more than 60 years she has made a pretense of impartiality as a journalist with a large megaphone. It makes it even that much more horrendous and horrific that she is now using that megaphone to release her prejudice in its crudest, most vulgar form. Through her words and deeds she has besmirched both herself and her profession.
It is time for those schools and professional organizations that have honored Thomas in one form or another over the years to consider rescinding those honors in light of her pervasively anti-Semitic rhetoric. Professional associations and academic institutions should not want to be associated with an anti-Semite.
Ironically, Thomas’ remarks follow closely on virulent attacks by the Jewish Southern Poverty Law Center on 18 Christian/conservative watchdog organizations in America. SPLC is accusing them of being “hate groups” which government, police and media should especially monitor. ADL, piously instructing Tea Partiers in “civility and restraint,” breathes not a word of criticism of SPLC’s vicious stereotyping of the “homophobic” right.
Responses from Christian conservative leaders to SPLC’s attack are predictably weak. No one dares mention that SPLC is 100 percent Jewish, although SPLC repeatedly attacks Christians for what they are. Tony Perkins, head of Family Research Council, was the boldest. He demanded an apology from SPLC. Joseph Farah blusters but also can’t bring himself to utter the forbidden J-word. In fact, WorldNetDaily, quoting Foxman, joins ADL in mocking and deriding Thomas as anti-Semitic.
That leaves crusty, 90-year-old Helen Thomas as the only truth-teller among those violently attacked by ADL/SPLC over the past week. Not valuing her lost legacy of honors and position as a columnist for Hearst, she boldly proves that speaking the whole truth means the most to her. Of much greater courage and integrity than “Christian” leaders in America today, she may well be the bravest woman in public life in our time.
A little old lady shall lead them.

Wikileaks: A Big Dangerous US Government Con Job
The story on the surface makes for a script for a new Oliver Stone Hollywood thriller. However, a closer look at the details of what has so far been carefully leaked by the most ultra-establishment of international media such as the New York Times reveals a clear agenda. That agenda coincidentally serves to buttress the agenda of US geopolitics around the world from Iran to North Korea. TheWikileaks is a big and dangerous US intelligence Con Job which will likely be used to police the Internet.
It is almost too perfectly scripted to be true. A discontented 22-year old US Army soldier on duty in Baghdad, Bradley Manning, a low-grade US Army intelligence analyst, described as a loner, a gay in the military, a disgruntled “computer geek,” sifts through classified information at Forward Operating Base Hammer. He decides to secretly download US State Department email communications from the entire world over a period of eight months for hours a day, onto his blank CDs while pretending to be listening to Lady Gaga. In addition to diplomatic cables, Manning is believed to have provided WikiLeaks with helicopter gun camera video of an errant US attack in Baghdad on unarmed journalists, and with war logs from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Manning then is supposed to have tracked down a notorious former US computer hacker to get his 250,000 pages of classified US State Department cables out in the Internet for the whole world to see. He allegedly told the US hacker that the documents he had contained “incredible, awful things that belonged in the public domain and not on some server stored in a dark room in Washington, DC.” The hacker turned him in to US authorities so the story goes. Manning is now incommunicado since months in US military confinement so we cannot ask him, conveniently. The Pentagon routinely hires the best hackers to design their security systems.
Then the plot thickens. The 250,000 pages end up at the desk of Julian Assange, the 39-year-old Australian founder of a supposedly anti-establishment website with the cute name Wikileaks. Assange decides to selectively choose several of the world’s most ultra-establishment news media to exclusively handle the leaking job for him as he seems to be on the run from Interpol, not for leaking classified information, but for allegedly having consensual sex with two Swedish women who later decided it was rape.
He selects as exclusive newspapers to decide what is to be leaked the New York Times which did such service in promoting faked propaganda against Saddam that led to the Iraqi war, the LondonGuardian and Der Spiegel. Assange claims he had no time to sift through so many pages so handed them to the trusted editors of the establishment media for them to decide what should be released. Very “anti-establishment” that.
The New York Times even assigned one of its top people, David E. Sanger, to control the release of the Wikileaks material. Sanger is no establishment outsider. He sits as a member of the elite Council on Foreign Relations as well as the Aspen Institute Strategy Grouptogether with the likes of Condi Rice, former Defense Secretary William Perry, former CIA head John Deutch, former State Department Deputy Secretary and now World Bank head Robert Zoellick among others.
Indeed a strange choice of media for a person who claims to be anti-establishment. But then Assange also says he believes the US Government version of 9/11 and calls the Bilderberg Group a normal meeting of people, a very establishment view.
Not so secret cables…
The latest sensational Wikileaks documents allegedly from the US State Department embassies around the world to Washington are definitely not as Hillary Clinton claimed “an attack on America’s foreign policy interests that have endangered innocent people.” And they do not amount to what the Italian foreign minister, called the “September 11 of world diplomacy.” The British government calls them a threat to national security and an aide to Canada’s Prime Minister calls on the CIA to assassinate Assange, as does kooky would-be US Presidential hopeful Sarah Palin.
Most important, the 250,000 cables are not “top secret” as we might have thought. Between two and three million US Government employees are cleared to see this level of “secret” document, [1] and some 500,000 people around the world have access to the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet) where the cables were stored. SIPRnet is not recommended for distribution of top-secret information. Only 6% or 15,000 pages of the documents have been classified as even secret, a level below top-secret. Another 40% were the lowest level, “confidential”, while the rest were unclassified. In brief, it was not all that secret. [2]
Most of the revelations so far have been unspectacular. But for anyone who has studied the craft of intelligence and of disinformation, a clear pattern emerges in the Wikileaks drama. The focus is put on select US geopolitical targets, appearing as Hillary Clinton put it “to justify US sanctions against Iran.” They claim North Korea with China’s granting of free passage to Korean ships despite US State Department pleas, send dangerous missiles to Iran. Saudi Arabia’s ailing King Abdullah reportedly called Iran’s President a Hitler.

What is emerging from all the sound and Wikileaks fury in Washington is that the entire scandal is serving to advance a long-standing Obama and Bush agenda of policing the until-now free Internet. The process of policing the Web was well underway before the current leaks scandal. In 2009 Democratic Senator Jay Rockefeller and Republican Olympia Snowe introduced the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 (S.773). IIt would give the President unlimited power to disconnect private-sector computers from the internet. The bill “would allow the president to ’declare a cyber-security emergency’ relating to ’non-governmental’ computer networks and do what’s necessary to respond to the threat.” We can expect that now this controversial piece of legislation will get top priority when a new Republican House and the Senate convene in January.
The US Department of Homeland Security, an agency created in the political hysteria following 9/11 2001 that has been compared to the Gestapo, has already begun policing the Internet. They are quietly seizing and shutting down internet websites (web domains) without due process or a proper trial. DHS simply seizes web domains that it wants to and posts an ominous “Department of Justice” logo on the web site. See an example at http://torrent-finder.com. Over 75 websites were seized and shut in a recent week. Right now, their focus is websites that they claim “violate copyrights,” yet the torrent-finder.com website that was seized by DHS contained no copyrighted content whatsoever. It was merely a search engine website that linked to destinations where people could access copyrighted content. Step by careful step freedom of speech can be taken away. Then what?
